This year the number of people coming to JFS for help has increased by more than 40%.

Nobody could have expected such a demand on our resources. People who have never needed us before are now calling us for the first time:

Requests for food from the Jewish Family Service Food Pantry have increased by 45%

Twice as many people are asking for help to avoid eviction from their homes

Emergency Financial Assistance increased by more than 60%

In the last six months, we’ve already helped more families in our Crisis Care Management program than we did the entire previous fiscal year.

Our ability to help depends on you and your support.

You may personally be feeling the economic downturn. But please know that your year-end donation will be a lifeline for someone who is putting their kids to bed hungry, facing eviction, or on the verge of depression.

Your donation, made directly to Jewish Family Service, goes directly to helping those most in need in our community.

Please help now.
