Leah Marcus, LISW-S, Director
Leah Marcus is a licensed independent social worker (LISW). She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminology from Miami University of Ohio, and a master’s degree in social
work from the University of Cincinnati.
Originally from Cleveland, Leah has lived in Cincinnati for twenty years where her professional focus has been to advocate for a broader and more universal access to mental health care
services, and the consistent, effective coordination of those services. Leah believes in building relationships, nourishing trust, and impacting our community.
In her free time, Leah serves on several social justice committees, plays with her puppy Charley, enjoys time with her husband and two children, and never turns down an opportunity for
live music.
Tiffany Thomas, Program Manager
Tiffany Thomas is a passionate advocate dedicated to connecting youth, families, and communities with resources and support to strengthen overall wellness. She received a bachelor’s of
degree in Human Services and Women’s Studies from East Tennessee State University. Most recently, she oversaw a statewide outreach campaign, bringing together youth, schools, communities,
organizations, and government entities together to raise awareness around the importance of children’s mental health.
Originally from Tennessee, she has combined her southern roots with a deep appreciation for all things Cincinnati. She appreciates a good hike, cup of coffee, and a book or podcast. She
also loves all the quality time with her husband, son, and extended family.
Amanda Cramer, LSW
Amanda Cramer is a licensed social worker (LSW) and youth mental health clinician. She graduated with a bachelor of science degree in psychology from the University of Cincinnati, and a
master’s degree in social work from the University of Connecticut.
Amanda has experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds but she is especially passionate about helping women and children who are experiencing crisis, and the
LGBTQ+ community.
Away from work, Amanda is an avid reader. She lives in Cincinnati with her husband, two children, and two cats.
Rachael Greenberg, LSW
Rachael Greenberg is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and youth mental health clinician. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in communications and marketing from the University of Denver
and a master's degree in social work from the University of Denver’s graduate school of social work.
Rachael has experience working with people of all ages, specifically teens and young adults with eating disorders and provided services through one-on-one therapy and group therapy.
Rachael is very passionate about working with teens and young adults who are looking to develop their independence and social and emotional skills.
After living in Denver for 11 years, Rachael was happy to move closer to family and lives in Cincinnati with her Fiancé Adam and their dog Clifford. In her free time, Rachael enjoys the
outdoors, traveling, trying new restaurants and spending time with family and friends.
Jordan Hoffman, Embedded Coordinator
Jordan Hoffman has a master’s degree in social work. She attended University of Kentucky for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. Jordan is passionate about helping address mental
health concerns in the community and has experience working with people of all ages. Additionally, Jordan has experience working with individuals with substance use disorders.
Away from work, Jordan enjoys reading, spending time at the lake, and playing with her two German Shepherds.
Nina Pridonoff, LSW
Nina Pridonoff is a licensed social worker (LSW) with a master’s degree in social work. She went to Touro College in New York City for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. Nina
has worked closely with individuals and families in crisis for just under three years. She has helped through one-on-one therapy, family therapy, parent counseling, and marital
therapy.
Today, Nina enjoys working with Cincinnati youth and their families. In her free time, she likes to play games, do puzzles, and listen to music, but it is her husband and two young
children who warrant most of her time and attention.
Kasey Rosswurm, LISW
Kasey Rosswurm is a licensed independent social worker (LISW) and youth mental health clinician. She received a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Cincinnati, and a
master’s degree in social work from the University of Denver. In Colorado, Kasey worked as a permanency caseworker for families, adolescents, and children. More recently, she has worked
at Cincinnati Children's Hospital in the residential psychiatric care unit. Kasey is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults develop social skills, life skills,
and independence.
Originally from Cleveland, Kasey was happy to come back to Ohio with her husband. In her free time she enjoys photography, snowboarding, traveling, seeing live music, and attending games,
and cheering for the Bengals (WHO DEY!).
